1. Acceptance

By downloading and using HawkView, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

HawkView is proprietary software published by David G. It is free for personal use: you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, no-cost license to install and use it for private purposes. Any professional or commercial use requires a separate paid license, available on request through the contact form (subject "Professional license"). In all cases, you may not resell, decompile, or redistribute modified versions.

3. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk. Always keep backups of your files: although HawkView is designed never to alter your originals without an explicit action from you, the publisher cannot be held liable for any data loss.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

These terms are governed by French law.
